The TalentStar 2005 Finalists recorded More Than The Need at White Wolf Recording Studios in Stanley. The track was sold in aid of Metro Radio's Just For Kids charity and went on sale at North East branches of HMV, Virgin Megastores, Music Zone and ASDA. The single can also be purchased from iTunes. More Than The Need reached number 19 in the independent singles chart. The recording was the first ever by TalentStar and was released on founder Adam Chetter's Genius Entertainment record label.
